Reimagining the art of travel through relationship and reciprocity.
Discover Sea + Soil Impact Travel
If you love discovering new places but feel that travel has lost its soul, you’re not alone.
Sea + Soil Impact Travel presents Regenerative Retreats — curated travel experiences for ocean-minded travelers who want their trips to reflect their values.
We create immersive, small-group travel residencies that blend land stewardship, surfing, wellness practices, and cultural exchange.
Each experience welcomes a diverse group of participants and cultivates intentional relationships with local partners, embraces curiosity, and encourages play, all with a deep respect for place.
Come for one or both of our weekly offerings in July.
Week 1: July 12-18, 2026
Week 2: July 19-25, 2026
Modern travel feels extractive.
Places become backdrops.
Communities become part of the experience.
And somewhere along the way,
relationship was replaced with consumption.
Our Regenerative Retreat is for you if:
You want to travel with slowness, intention and depth in ways that are invited, not imposed
You’re interested in showing up, participating, and contributing to local communities, not just consuming the experience
You’ve felt unseen by surf and wellness spaces, and are ready for something that feels like belonging
You feel alone + overwhelmed with the state of the world, and are searching for something more grounding, honest, and actionable
You crave meaningful connections and a space that has capacity for joy and grief, not just small-talk
You connect with nature for calming, grounding and therapy, not just pretty photos
You are skeptical of group travel, identify as a social introvert, or the idea of vulnerability scares and excites you
You’re in a moment of transition, burnout or questioning what comes next
You’re ready for a shift—within yourself and how you move through the world
If you're just looking for a vacation—this isn’t it.
If you’re ready for something deeper than convenience and consumption…
This is for you.
How We Travel
-

In Relationship
We engage in reciprocity in ways defined by the communities we work with, not by us.
-

In Stewardship
We honor the land as a living system, supporting regenerative practices in farming, surf ecology, and restoration.
-

In Presence
We practice slowing down, giving thanks, and being fully present; with ourselves, each other, and place.
-
In Play
We make space for joy, curiosity, and lightness. Because connection deepens when we’re able to be human and heal together.
Our Community Partners
Meet Rubén, Josep, Adrien, and Finca Linda Flor
Rubén and his brother Josep are fighting to save their family’s multi-generational land from the harsh realities of drought and over-development. Driven by his grandfather’s legacy, Rubén dreams of turning these hectares into a sanctuary where local children can reconnect with the land and learn the traditional ecological techniques that once made this soil thrive.
Your support of our Regenerative Retreat directly fuels this mission. By partnering with Adrien of Tierra Madre, proceeds of every ticket will help us build edible + medicinal gardens, restore vital water systems, and create a living classroom for the very students Rubén drives to school every day in his bus.
Please join us in restoring this ecosystem and securing a sustainable future for the next generation.

Your Hosts
Andrea + Lex met through their work in environmental and social impact with the World Surf League and became instant kin. As queer Latines, they bonded over a shared vision for a more equitable future in surfing and outdoor spaces.
After years of purpose-driven travel, yet feeling disconnected from traditional group trips, they created a Regenerative Retreat model for those who feel out of place in the travel and wellness industry and are seeking something more intentional, connected, and real.
Their work reimagines travel as something that nurtures ecosystems, uplifts communities, and transforms how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
