These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your (the “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) access to and use of Sea + Soil Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”) online platform (collectively, the “Platform”). GENERALLY

By accessing, viewing, and/or using the Platform, you indicate that you have read, understand, agree to, and intend to be legally bound by these Terms. Sea + Soil Collective may change these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform and/or our Services means you accept any and all updates.

Age Requirement: By accessing the Platform, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian permission to use the Platform, and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

ABOUT US & OUR PLATFORM

A. What We Do Sea + Soil Collective is a community focused on connecting people to the land and sea through surfing, stewardship, and shared experiences. We host retreat events and provide services relating to a sustainable surf lifestyle. Our Platform is for your personal and non-commercial use.

B. Booking & Information To purchase a retreat or service, we ask for various information, including your name, email address, surf experience level, and emergency contact. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.

OUR SERVICES & RETREATS

A. Service Offerings We offer curated surf retreats and community events. We may alter or discontinue various services at our discretion. Availability is subject to demand and capacity limits.

B. Participant Conduct By attending a Sea + Soil event, you agree to follow our code of conduct, which prioritizes respect for other participants, local communities, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a retreat, without a refund, if their behavior is deemed harmful or disrespectful.

COSTS & PAYMENTS

A. Pricing All pricing for retreats and events is listed on the Platform. All retreats are subject to a one-time booking fee as specified at the time of purchase.

B. Deposits & Installments To secure a spot in a retreat, a flat-fee deposit of $500 is required.

• Payment Processing: We use secure third-party processors (Stripe).

• Financing: We may offer financing through third parties like Affirm. If you choose to use Affirm, you are entering into a separate legal agreement with Affirm, and you are responsible for reviewing their terms and interest disclosures.

LIABILITY & SAFETY

A. Physical Activity Risk Surfing is an inherently physical activity involving certain risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and represent that you are in good physical health and possess basic swimming ability. B. Liability Waiver All participants must sign a separate Release of Liability Waiver prior to arrival at any in-person event.

INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend and indemnify Sea + Soil Collective and its partners from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or Services. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sea + Soil Collective’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to a maximum of $250.00.
